hi
actually I was very disappointed yesterday that's why my post wasn't complete.Actually I had a ffh last week and received the judgement yesterday.I couldn't believe despite making everything contradictive in front of the court .she was given 2 points of domestic violence .all though they were not true but I couldn't do anymore.my question is will it be a case that I will have any kind of criminal record ?
any help will be very grateful
regards

You only get a criminal record if you are prosecuted (criminal court) and convicted. I'm not sure whether this would show up on an enhanced CRB check (or whatever they are now called).

It's a civil case, not a criminal one. The findings are limited to proceedings in the family court and although they could play a part in any decisions made about child contact, it would not be a matter for criminal record.
