Hi guys
Im.new to the forum as I really need advice and sharpish.
My deranged ex has recently split from her boyfriend and is now trying to come to everything I do with my new partner and children. It's driving me insane.
Reason been, I ended up in court due to me supposedly harassing her, it really wasn't the case, I was merely trying to gain access to my children when we first split. I have recently contacted my solicitor to begin the mediation route and hopefully court will then be introduced as it really does depend on what mood she's in as regards to if I get to see my.children or not.
Advice would be highly appreciated
Hi There,
.
Hopefully mediation will get things resolved and you will reach an agreement, if not as you say it would need to be court.
.
I wish you luck and ask any questions you have and we will try and help.
