(Person A is child C grandmother - Person B childs father) (Both allegations NFA)
Oct 2017 Person A makes allegation against Person B Regarding Child C
Person A supervised contact for Child C with Person B from Jan 2018 to May 2018
June 2018 Person A makes second allegation against Person B
June 4th 2018 Person A stops contact of child C to person B on advice of social services
June 8th Person B applies to court
September 2018 Judge makes contact order so Child C can see person B
Today Social services reports reveal to Person B solicitors that Person A is an employee of same authority and lock down requested June 9th by manager to lock Person A out of information loop
My question Person A makes allegations
Person A supervises contact
Person A is an employee of same authority
Why no lock down Nov 2017? Conflict of interest? Further court hearing Nov 2018
Depends where this person works - childrens services? Then there is a problem.
Council Tax dept? No issue.

I think HR. it appears to have been an issue for them as there is an email request a lock down with high importance.
Person A has previously worked directly with ss.
I don't think there is much mileage in it for you. If the LA are aware and taking steps to cover themselves there is unlikely to be any wrong doing - or if there is it will be identified.

Ok, even though there was a 6 month gap for them picking up on this?
I would say so yes. Best to focus on what you can prove / do rather than sling allegations that you could never prove.
They moved to stop it, their action is overdue but I agree with justdad, I doubt there's mileage in it, there may be consequences for her internally, it was her responsibility to declare the conflict of interest.
Person B now has contact with child C, he courts must be satisfied that there are no safeguarding issues and it's likely they will want to move the process forward.
Good luck

True I guess they have covered their base by requesting it. At first hearing the Judge was not happy that Person A who made the allegation, also supervised contact. And said this should not have happened.
Whether he picks up on the delayed lockdown is down to his discretion.
Person B now has contact centre contact with Child C due to allegations that were NFA'd twice by police
