Lived in the UK in 2013. Me and the Mrs had a falling out. She says i shoved her. I got hit with a common assault charge. Pleaded guilty and left back home to Canada. Non mol was only for a year but given no end date. We had a 5 year old girl.
Child is older now and wants regular contact. Non-mol hampers that. Mum uses it against me. Judge sees right through Mum. She wants the 2013 order extended 6 more years and I dont even live in the country.
Had a pre trial hearing for non mol dismissal on November 28. Final hearing was set for yesterday. Her solicitor didnt show up. It is now postponed until JULY 2024? 8 months away. Is that crazy or is it me? Feels like a court vendetta
