Hi, I'm new here, so please forgive me if I'm not doing this right. My ex was granted an interim SRO yesterday, until May next year. The judge never heard any of my evidence, but i think he will when we re-appear. However, I'm really confused as to how he could issue this order without hearing from me. Also, has anyone any experience of how things are likely to go when we go back to court? Can i submit new information? Thank you, for any help at all on this issue, Stuart

Generally the first visit will not take into account ALL evidence, though I'm surprised the judge didn't ask you to give any evidence at all.
