I’ve been looking for information on cases for helping with my fight and have found a couple of cases that have particular relevance. They are regarding the Enforcement of Contact Orders and routes the courts took.

I’ve also found a speach by Judge Coleridge, he is said to be the first to introduce a “Suspended residence order” after years of broken contact and breaking of Court Orders by the “Resident Parent”.

interesting reading and notes a case of particular interest: Re A (suspended residence order) 2010 1 FLR 1679

I’ve just downloaded a couple of other case / judgement notes and have only just started reading through one and finding too many similarities with my fight.

To be honest i stumbled upon these while searching for case details regarding Parental Alienation, Implacable Hostility and Contact order enforcement.....all things mentioned by the judge in court over the last year.

i'm sure there will be others on here who may have better or other suggestions.

You'd have trouble finding anything local- I believe that currently family court proceedings aren't reported on (in fact, I think it's still contempt of court to say what has gone on in a family court), and the county court rulings don't set precedents anyway, so wouldn't really help at all.
