I’ve been looking for information on cases for helping with my fight and have found a couple of cases that have particular relevance. They are regarding the Enforcement of Contact Orders and routes the courts took.
I’ve also found a speach by Judge Coleridge, he is said to be the first to introduce a “Suspended residence order” after years of broken contact and breaking of Court Orders by the “Resident Parent”.
