[Solved] information from the school

My X has a new Au pair (7 in 4 months) I have ask the school for her details they have provided a name but not the contact number? I have parental responsibility Am I entitled to all the information they hold on their system as the Mother refuses to give this to me along with any references DBS checks or any information this the latest carer?

I'm not sure on this, but I would say that unless you have any concrete concerns for your childs physical and emotional welfare, then as it's in her own home, that you probably don't have any rights on that.

If you are at all concerned you can go the mediation and court route. You can apply for a Specific Issue Order to address this situation, if she is changing her au pairs so frequently it does have implications for your child I'm sure and you can ask the court that they order her to share such information with you in future.
