How do I speak to someone with intelligence within the CSA.

They have said I have arrears even though my statement shows I am in credit as it where.

They refuse to review, and cannot explain the statement.

.

Wow tall order but if you do let us know and tell us if you find a unicorn as well, failing that ask to speak to a male they sometimes arent too bad and dont lie to you down the phone. Id also inform them at the start of the convo your recording it so they cant back track and tell you they never previously informed you something they are now contradicting themselves with.

The unicorn should be a doddle 😀

Actually, I have spoke to people before in the CSA who have been brilliant, but then I'm the parent with care. As above, speak to your MP as soon as possible, lot's of people on here have got very quick results once the MP intervenes.

That might be the difference speaking as an NRP you get spoken/treated like [censored] and get told you werent told something the previous month that you were.
