I don't think we are qualified to answer this I'm afraid, I just have no idea how a court would view you, or even be able to hear a case with your current status. I would speak to the Citizens Advice Bureau as soon as possible as I would say you need to get your residence status sorted out as quickly as possible.

Highly unlikely and I would have thought the court would have a duty to call the immigration authority. Even if you were legally here, without a fixed address the court wouldn't consider making an order, unless it was supervised in a contact centre... but as you have no address they wouldn't be able to send you the paperwork, you need an address to make the application.

Actd has given good advice, get your status sorted out before anything else.

We spoke to Admin about your situation, who have issued some advice concerning your immigration status.

It's advised that you contact the immigration service asap, as nobody can help you until they know who you are and what your circumstances are. Depending on where you're from, they may let you stay, but it's important that you make contact with the authorities to push this forward. Although you are here illegally the Authorities may already have you in the system anyway. The police won't be involved. Please do get in touch with them.

All the best
