Hi all,

So at the final hurdle the guardian has left the case and not told anyone until the week after. (Possibly due to all the complaints made about her) Great news! She’s gone!
We are currently doing an ICFA (3 supervised visits then moving on from there)

If anyone has any info on what their Parenting Plan looked like after an ICFA/Contact centre its very much welcome!

My question is, now that there is no guardian currently appointed, if the judge says don’t bother appointing a new one as we are coming to the end of this case, mother & I are both litigant in person. What happens then? Who takes charge of drafting orders etc?

@hma125 Hi, I don't know the background to your situation. are you based in UK? I don't have much knowledge of process with guardians, but usually when both parties are litigants in person, then the court will draft the order.
