Hi Kenny
I've moved this thread out of the welcome to the forum section and into legal eagle.
If she won't respond to the solicitor then you can only raise it when you are back in court. I doubt she is thinking full stop!
Chin up mate!
Does your court order state that if contact is missed alternative days must be provided by mother?
If you are back in court, I suggest requesting court to take guardianship of your child(ren)'s passports to be held by
your solicitors or intermediary. If you rate this as a risk - raise it & highlight behaviour.
Good Luck.
Remind me Kenny - does she have a residence order? If so (assuming it's the same in Scotland as in England), then she can take them out for up to a month without your permission. Without residence, then you are correct. Technically, even bringing them down to England would need your permission.
As always though Kenny - is it one you are likely to win? If not, then drop it simply so you don't give her the satisfaction of beating you.
