I AM HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE ME AND MY EX PARTNER HAVE RE-CONCILED

THE PROBLEM IS MY C100 APPLICATION IS STILL IN PLACE AND 1ST HEARING IS COMING UP SHORTLY

SECONDLY NON MOLESTATION ORDER IS STILL IN PLACE AND HEARING FOR THAT IS ALSO COMING UP SHORTLY

HOW DO I CANCEL MY C100 APPLICATION?

AND HOW DOES SHE CANCEL THE NON MOLESTATION ORDER?

WE ARE BACK TOGETHER AND BOTH AGREE TO STOP ALL COURT ACTION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!

ANY HELP/IDEAS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!

THANK YOU ALL!

Hey Mate,

Really great news I am so happy for you/ the family.

Without knowing what has happened since we last spoke - do you wish to inform the courts that you are going to put proceedings "on-hold" (whilst you work things out) or "suspend them" (all is really well again)?

Either way you both have to write to the courts (separately) stating your wishes...make sure NMO is suspended ASAP if you are going back to the matrimonial home...just in case.

Really pleased for you all...victory in another (pleasant) way...

THANK YOU SO MUCH,

YES I WISH TO SUSPEND/CANCEL PROCEEDINGS COMPLETELY

MY PARTNER HAS ALSO WRITTEN TO HER SOLICITORS DE INSTRUCTING THEM COMPLETELY

SHE WILL ALSO WRITE TO THE COURT ASWELL TO CANCEL NMO

YOU ALL HAVE BEEN SUCH A GREAT HELP AND I WILL STILL BE HERE IF ANYONE NEEDS MY HELP ON ANYTHING

I FEEL THIS HAS BEEN ONE BIG LEARNING EXPERIENCE

MY PARTNER HAS ALSO SHARED WITH ME ALL THE DIRTY TRICKS THE SOLICITORS AND MANY OTHER ORGANISATIONS USE AND THE WHOLE PROCESS FROM HER SIDE OF THINGS SO I CAN GIVE ANY OF THIS INFO IF ANYONE NEEDS IT

I CAN CONFIRM THE SYSTEM IS SURELY NOT DESIGNED FOR FATHERS AND TRUELY FAVOURS MOTHERS!

That's really good news.

I don't think you'll have any problem with the court application but the NMO might prove difficult...they may be very annoyed with your partner for wasting their time, especially I'd she says that it's not true. I'm sure though that her solicitor can advise her on the best way forward. Good luck.

THANKS, YES I UNDERSTAND BUT SHE IS NOT CLAIMING THESE THINGS DIDNT HAPPEN, AS IT WILL MAKE HER LOOK LIKE A LIER AND LIKE YOU SAY SHE COULD GET IN TROUBLE BY ANNOYING THE JUDGE

SO WHAT SHE DONE WAS TO SAY SHE ATTENDED A SPIP PROGRAM AND DECIDED IT IS IN THE CHILDS BEST INTEREST FOR HER TO HAVE COMMUNICATION WITH ME. HER NMO STATEMENT REFERS TO FABRICATIONS THAT HAPPENED LAST YEAR, NOTHING RECENTLY. SO SHE SIMPLY SAYS SHE IS SATISFIED THAT THESE EVENTS WONT HAPPEN AGAIN THEREFORE NO NEED FOR AN NMO, SHE ALSO EXPLAINS SHE WAS PRESSURED BY FAMILY WHICH LED HER TO TAKE OUT A NMO AND IT WAS NEVER HER INTENTION TO DO SO IN THE FIRST PLACE

Please share, I know it won't be of benefit to you now but for others it could prove helpful.

Good Luck with everything & keep in touch with forum...

Yes as soon as I read that I was thinking ... I need to know , it's disgusting they still view it as winners and losers and don't see the children should be the winner by playing dirty tricks it can really harm the child in the future as it's their life they are playing with 🙁
