hi do i take the csa to court as trying to make me pay more than i owe as ex has told them wrong info wot court do i need to use and who do i summons thanks

I'm not sure you can take them to court as they may be covered by Crown Immunity (not been able to clarify this).

However, even if you could, the fault is not with the CSA - from what you have said, they are acting on the basis of false information given by your ex, so it is her at fault. I would certainly contact your MP if you think the CSA haven't acted properly, and ask them to raise a complaint with the CSA, especially if you have documented proof that your ex has provided false information.
