So I haven't even sent in the form C100 I was asking advice about the other day when I have just found out that my ex is taking out an order to stop me contacting her - this means I cant even ask how my children are or try to make arrangements to see them. Does anyone know please how I apply for an Interim Contact order, or do I just put a note in with the C100 saying I want it?? Thanks very much
hi, there are potentially 2 different orders she could be making either a non molestation order or a harrassment order
as far as an interim contact order, that can only be made at a contact hearing and if your ex gets a non molestation order then this will complicate things and also if she makes allegations then cafcass will be involved
this is a long and slow process my friend but there's lots of knowledgeable people here that can help you along your journey
Thank you but do you know if there's a separate form I fill in to apply for interim contact or do I send a note with the C100 to ask for it to be considered at the directions hearing?
Thanks again
