[Solved] How much more will the court let her get away with

I cannot believe how much the court have let his ex get away with, Over the course of the past 4 years she has caused delay after delay by submitting court ordered paperwork late or not at all, by not turning up to hearings and offering flimsy excuses or no excuse at all, by not cooperating with Cafcass inituially and by making numerous and serious false allegations that people seem to believe without question. So far she has got away with it without even a warning. But surely her latest delaying tactic is a step too far? The fact finding is in a few weeks, true to form she didn't supply paperwork on time so was given an extension, the deadline has passed and still no paperwork, She is unrepresented as legal aid was not granted and cannot be contacted. As the required paperwork includes evidence for an expert witness the fact finding may now be delayed, An emergency hearing is being sought to try to avoid this but she constantly defies the court, how firm can they get with her? Could they insist she presents the paperwork to court and what if she doesn't? He is doing everything asked of him, on time and as directed and always has, he has attended every hearing, put up with every false allegation thrown at him, he deserves some court support.

Hi there,
.
Hopefully the courts will start to get to the point that they can see through this time waisting and start making decisions without her if she refuses to trun up.
.
I would also imagine that if she hasn't submitted the proof from expert witness they will just dissmiss that .

Thanks GTTS

I hope the court do start to see through her. Sadly the evidence she hasn't supplied is for his expert witness though and it's vital for his case so it will delay it if she's not going to supply it as directed.

I really feel for him, he's spent years being viewed by everyone as the bad man, Cafcass, social services, the guardian, the courts, when in fact he's the kindest, most generous and honest man I've ever met. I hope the court will see her for what she is this time. She's really not fit to bring up children.
