On what grounds can I ask for Harbour to be excluded from the court.
I believe that Harbour are a malign influence and the following example demonstrates this.
I arrived at court on the 4th hearing to discover a screen in place. The trainee barrister supporting me said that this was part of the theatre of trying to influence the judge. He then said that an NMO application would be coming next and that my wife would not have it granted.
She was asked on 3 separate ocassions to present evidence in support of the application. She was unable to present any evidence. On the 4th, and final, ocassion the truth came out. Harbour had told her to apply for the NMO. The judge again asked for supporting evidence, none was produced. At the time if the application we had not seem each other or communicated with each other in any way for approx 2 months. The NMO was not granted.
I'd be happy with dome advice on this please.
Cheers
Peter
Hi,
By Harbour, are you referring to this organisation https://www.myharbour.org.uk/
It seems to have become the norm for NMO's to be issued, Often used to claim legal aid. Are you seeing your kids at the moment?
@bill337
Yes, seeing my daughter regularly, the NMO was not granted as there was no evidence to support it.
Since my wife got involved with Harbour the accusations have come thick and fast, that I am
Transphobic-I presented evidence to the court of my successful 5 year working relationship, when I was a local authority manager (and department equality/diversity lead) with a trans woman to deliver LGBT activities and events during LGBT month
Racist-I presented the court with the local authority awards I won working with the Muslim community at one of my centres and the Bengali community at another centre. I also won a local community award for work with the Bengali community.
How can I get this group excluded from the court? The trainee barrister describes them as a "man hating cult".
My wife has also made demonstrable lies e.g. that i self harm by cutting with a breadknife. I have presented the court with a letter from my GP stating no evidence of current/historical self harm with any implement. The court refuses to address this demonstrable lie. The judge claims not have received the GP letter and refused to let me show him the letter or the email trail in court. He said to resubmit it to the court and then said that documents often go missing.
The judge also said that fair treatment "was not about offering the same things to you as to your wife". This resulted from mye asking the judge to ask Cafcass to offer me an observed visit as Cafcass had offered my wife.
I currently have active complaints against Cafcass and The Family Court and my MP has asked to be kept informed.
Please can you help me to get fair treatment at court
