Hi all can any please help i have PTSD and disabled due to my millarty service ,can i get houseing benerfit if i have have had occupation order take out on me but own my own home.
my wife still has to live in the house with my son but i can no longer be there due to my flashbacks and i need to move into a property but have to pay rent?

I’m sorry to hear about your situation, it must be a very worrying time for you.There are a couple of organisations you could contact for advice.
To get expert advice on housing issues you’d be best to contact Shelter, they will be able to answer your question. Here’s a link to their website

Have you tried any of the ex services charities, such as Help for Heroes or the Royal British Legion? They may be able to give you some extra support.
