I have had a struggle for the last 5 years via family court and allegations. It has been resolved each time and unsupervised contact taken place.
3 allegations of sexual activity and assault , forensically checked clothing items, house items etc. all clear.
But this year a new allegation was made in June and the process of checking everything happens again, this time BANG
family photos are found that are deemed CAT C (WARNING TO OTHER DADs - If you have a malicious ex DO NOT take family pics of your family on the beach or at home in just tshirt and shorts, or anything like that) they are deemed indecent. I have millions of normal photos and police have found around 30 family photos that they deem CAT C indecent images. (sat on chair watching tv, etc in tshirt and pants)
Now I'm faced with 1 allegation by ex (assault) and indecent images combined, this has destroyed me , currently on bail (not yet charged). Not knowing if my life is over my cognitive ability has started to fail that i could not remeber my own post code a few days ago.
What can I do, has anyone faced this, my law firm want a conference to decide how to act.
Hi,
Are local social services or cafcass involved? What is their position?
