[Solved] Home Schooling

It has come to my attention that my ex-partner is under the impression that she will be home schooling our child, as she feels that "it's not right for them as a family" and "school has nothing to offer him that she can't".
This is deeply concerning for myself as without meaning to sound cruel, she is of below average intelligence, has no qualifications and has never worked (she is aged 26). I really want to do everything in my power to stop this from happening because it is such a deeply upsetting idea.
I do not want him to be home-schooled by someone like that it is really causing me a great deal of upset.
I am currently in the process of securing access to my child (3yo) is there anyway that i can have this included in the order. I have looked at the cafcass parenting plans and if the terms of one could be agreed would this prevent her from home schooling?
Thank all.

Hi there

As you are currently going through the court process to gain contact with your child, you can add another application to the existing case by filling out form C2. You could apply for either a Prohibited Steps Order or a Specific Issue Order.
