I had notice from legal aid that her legal aid has been stopped.
its a 2 day final hearing for shared residence arrangement
My last hearing dec 2013 was adjourned due to no bundles and the previous oct 2012 because her aid was revoked and no bundles. surely they cant adjourn again. My hearing was supposed to be scheduled last june for 1st open date after aug 2013. The oct hearing was adjourned till dec and that was adjourned till june16 th. I haven't seen my son properly since I left 23 months ago and I started proceedings as soon as I could after I left.

its one year after the sec 7 report that recommended indirect leading to direct contact. maybe that's out of date now.

Does anyone have any advice. Im very nervous about this situation. I need to see my son.

Thank you for contacting the Legal Aid Agency to make representations against the grant of aid to the person named above.

We are able to tell you that it has been decided separately, for reasons unconnected with your representations, that the applicant should not receive aid or aid should be discontinued.

In most cases where aid is refused or withdrawn, the applicant has a right to a review of the decision by an Independent Funding Adjudicator. If the applicant does apply for a review in this case and the application is successful, the investigation of your representations will continue and we will write to you again informing you of this.

Thank you for taking the trouble to bring this matter to the Agency’s attention 👿

It might be a good idea to write to the court and request that time be allowed to discuss an interim contact order at the next hearing, due to the number of adjournments and the length of time it's taken to go back to court.
