Hi all
Ive had PR and a Child Arrangements Order now for 2 years however ive now lost 28 hours of contact since my daughter started fT school that my ex has not replaced. In addition she continues to try to negatively influence my daughter regarding my new partner, my family causing psychological damage to my daughter. Im sick to the back teeth of her behaviour so am re-applying to the court for an amended order and am intending to attach a C1A in relation to emotional harm.
Question is has anyone else submitted a C1A in relation to emotional harm? How did you go about it and what was your experience at court?
Similarly should i be asking the court to agree a parenting plan so that my ex agrees not to influence my daughter negatively and allow her to enjoy time with her dad and family without negative influence?
Would really appreciate some advice , thanks in advance!
Struggling on
hi,
I have no experience of C1A form. when cafcass did my S7 report, i just voluntarily did parenting plan and handed to them. my ex dont give a [censored] about it. cafcass only saw me in a positive light for doing it. they will most likely get involved with your case as your applying to vary the order. you can raise all concerns about emotional/psychological harm with them.
