I’m a father
I would like to speak with a family law solicitor in Birmingham regarding a child contact
I prefer first contact by phone due to the long distance between London and Birmingham
I’m currently living in London
My 5 years child now living in Wolverhampton and the next hearing will be in Birmingham family court
( Small briefcase about the case )
1- December 2017 mother removed the child from UK without consent
2- October 2018 after 10 months searching found my child in Rostock Germany by using private Detactive
3- October 2018 I proceeded legal action within the German Family court and German high court for return my child to his home land UK
4- November 2018 and April 2019 both Courts determines Mother found unlawfully Removed the child from UK and committing an abduction and ordered The child to be return to UK, Child return to UK April 2019 with the mother,
5- parental Responsibility granted by UK high Court
# April 2019 mother applying to remove the father name from the child birth certificate
#Application was rejected by UK head of the register office
After interviews with the father ( myself )
# mother fabricated a Domestic Violence Case, Case Closed by CPS no further action.
6- May 2019 Prohibited Step order granted UK high Court
7- May 2019 Child Contact order proceed and Case transfer to Family Court in London Holborn
8- May, June, July, August, September and October 2019 mother did not attending a seven Courts hearings dates and claim she have no money to travel to attend court,
Because of this all Courts Hearings was adjourned!!!
9- Cafcass complete Section 7 report
10- Case transfer to Birmingham family court for further action
11- I’m currently on Universal Credit now due to the mother send send emails to my previous boss saying I’m a criminal and murder and using fake UK passport
I do understand my case may not be covered by legal aid and may be your company not dealing with legal aid
I’m willing to proceed privately if your service costs are reasonable

We aren't a site that can recommend solicitors, nor do we allow solicitors to advertise on here. It may be worth contacting Families Need Fathers and seeing if they can contact a Birmingham based group to see if they can recommend one (though not sure if they are able to do this, so no guarantee of success here).
