My wife walked out five weeks ago taking my 2 toddlers, claiming victim of verbal abuse, gets rehoused. She was the perpetrator , I've a knee replacement because of her violence. I reported this to the police four week ago, did statement and evidence of the alleged incident. Today I receive call from the police they want to interview me for assault and sexual assault against my ex . I'm disabled with a muscle wasting condition by the way and I'm currently fighting courts to see my kids which she has. She also has a mental health problem. Advice how to with this .we already have cafcas and social services involved
hi,
as you mentioned your already going through courts for child access. co-operate with police. keep a record of all these incidents, of ex making allegations etc. my ex almost got away with council flat scam, with so-called abuse being the reason. i heard she got kicked out of the place lol. maybe my councillor and the council took my complaints about housing fraud seriously 🙂
You think I should inform councilor
hi,
judging by my own experience, these situations quickly become a game of [censored] for tat. eg one time i rang SS on the ex. her response was, your not seeing the kids until SS contact her and resolve the matter. i think you should avoid rocking the boat now, and just keep going with court process.
Exactly. Now I've been invited for interview to the police allegations of sexual assault now. How low can someone stoop
... just be open and honest with them, this type of allegation is more common than you would think... and was made only after you reported her.
Best of luck
