They called the cops who came out and has made a report to social about it. I rang the emmergency social team to let them know that mother has hurt our son with tryi g snach him out pram. They got the report from the poilice who explained theres marks from mother but didnt seen them as nessesary for hospital visit to be checked out. Anyway due to the fact of his well being and in danger i have kept hold of my son. The poilice came out and saod they not getting involved with it and social saod it aint an emmergency and that a normal solicitor will be in touch monday morning. I know there will be reprocussions going back court but they can see tbat im trying to protect my son. Im not scoring points but 1 if he goes back they will stop contact abd 2 i really am concerned about his well being eso as few weeks ago he came with a burn on him apparently it was his injections however no reports on medical record of his injectioms thst day. If anyone can talk about this more who has dealt aith tbis can pm me and can explain more in detail as well wats gone on.
Hi there
If you have a court case ongoing it would be a good idea to contact them first thing tomorrow, in person if possible, and ask for an urgent return to court, explain what happened and that the police, whilst not taking further action, made a referral to Social Services.
Even though I understand your concerns, don't be surprised if you are instructed to return the child to the mother... even though she injured him, it was accidental.
If you don't have an ongoing case, you can apply for an emergency Prohibited Steps Order to prevent the removal of your child by the mother. You can do this with form C100 and it would also be advisable to submit form C1a at the same time, to tell the court of the risks.
Best of luck
