Hi There,

Are you taking a solicitor with you?

What are you asking for the court to consider for contact?

OK,

Well the first thing the court will look to do is re start contact, that may be one on one, or at a contact centre, )this will depend on the reasons contct stopped) the Judge will probably order this at the first visit.

The judge's do tend to like to get the parties to at least try to resolve the issue them selves before they make a final rulling though, They will probably ask you both to attend a peranting information course, which is free.

They will probably ask you to atten mediation to try and discuss contact yourself.

What has your solicitor said?

When is your court date?

The fact you've already been to mediation will help, though if that was a while ago, the judge may suggest you try again (they say it's worth trying once things aren't so raw)

Hopefully after the first court appearance you will get the chance to see her.

When is your court date?
