And thats why the judge allowed the extra so called evidence. Sometimes it pays off to allow 100s of pages of allegations as it normally turns out to be absolute nonsense and clear its someone that has got it in for their ex. Barrister probably warned her she would be cross examined on it all , so she panicked and backed out of proceeding and instead offered contact so you backed off as well. well done
Excellent, good result. Thanks for letting us know, always good to hear positive news.
Brilliant news, well done. Positive news like this gives us all hope to keep going!
@Vik2001You can get advice on how to self represent. Key is to stay calm and focused on the children. There is a guide on the AdviceNow website.
In the interim she still only wanted me to see the kids for 3 hrs and the judge said no, and gave me more time. She lives far away and the judge said drop offs are to be shared. But she made a excuse saying she doesn't have access to a car all d time, so I may have to do long pick ups and drop offs in same day.
Ex denied me to have any overnite stays. So I'm hoping in final hearing I get them. My Contact centre reports really helped them n the judge read em. So I advised anyone get supervised contact centre reports.
I'm waiting on section 7 and am going to try and get as much access and overnight stays as possible.
Fantastic for you. Did you apply for every weekend? Having some similar difficulties here!
In the interim judge gave me every weekend. But will change I guess on final hearing. I asked for a overnite stay and the ex contested it. My barrister said dnt rock the boat and come for that later down the line.
She looked like she was ready to kill the judge. I was surprised at the results as I was expecting the worst.
