Hey everyone.
My ex and I were having a chat about divorce. We have a 1 year old daughter and I rent the house we currently live in. I also own another house (we used to live in) but I rent that out.
She just left my house (a day after talking about divorce) and I don’t know where my daughter and her are. She took the jewellery, cash, clothes and essentials but nothing for the baby. She has been gone for 3 weeks with my child. She will be pursuing a divorce.
What can I do about my daughter. I call the police. I am worried for my daughter.
also can she apply occupation order/home rights on the house i am the landlord of?
kind Regards,
hi,
sorry to hear that. most likely your wife has run off to a womens/domestic violence refuge. They will probably place her in council accommodation later. if you call police, then what they usually do is carry out a welfare check. if your wife tells them she doesn't want you to know where their staying, police will not tell you. has she cut all phone contact? if there any family member or friend you can ask, so they can contact your ex on your behalf to find out whats going on?
