My story goes that today is the last date to submit my skeleton argument but am afraid i didn't do a proffessional job on it but i argued my ex's appeal of the judgement that favored me well. I didn't do relevant law cases citations. Does this have any implication whatsoever? Thanks
The court should understand that you are self representing and will make allowances if your paperwork isn't quite up to standard. If it is picked up all you can do is to apologise and explain that you have tried your best without having any legal assistance.
Obviously it would be better to cite some case law that pertains to your case, have you looked on The custody Minefield website? I think they have a section that covers case law.
All the best
