That's very encouraging. I was hoping I wasn't asking for too much.
Agree midweek unlikely to work but it is what it is.

The courts are very keen for children to have a meaningful relationship with both parents and 50/50 care is becoming more common. Try not to give up. It should be possible to find a workable solution

I couldn't see that anyone had answered the part of your question about where to apply. You apply to the court closest to your child. You can find this on 'court finder'

I'm trying to post a really helpful video from a lawyer / McKenzie Friend on representing yourself in court so keep an eye out for that on the Legal Eagle section.
