It is an emotional rollercoaster but hang on in there. There will be mainly lows - sleepless nights and times where you feel [censored].

Thank to my wife applying for a non-molestation order I opportunistically used it to get more access to the kids and highlight her lies in court. I saw my kids from 10-4 today and I have perked up so much. Seeing them reassures you this battle is worth it and it is their right to see their parents and they should not be deprived of this.

Give it your all because for me nothing is quite as important in life, and I am sure everyone on this site holds the same sentiment.
