Hello, first time poster.

I just wondered if there was anything legally wrong with me getting my sons hair cut? It's overly long and is irritating him very much. If I went to the hairdressers and had it cut, would there be anything my ex would be able to do about it?

Have you tried talking to your ex about it? How do you think she would react if you just went ahead & did it with out her knowing? I'm don't think there's anything legal she could do, but I'd think about whether she might be against you having him again & whether it's worth it?

I agree entirely - it's not something that's worth getting into a disagreement for. If it's really annoying your son, then he could probably ask his mother to get it cut (or maybe he could suggest that you get it done when he sees you).
