Hi All,

Hair strand tests came back and heroin and cocaine prevalent in all 4 monthly tests-I am pleased as everything I said is being found to be true and honest . The social services assessment is still open and I have sent them the results. As well as my son contracting TB from his mum where does it end. I have been vindicated for the 2 safeguarding alerts I made in June highlighting neglect and substance mis use. This then led to contact being stopped and a NMO issued against me , which I fought and had discharged in November..
Since I was estranged from my son he stopped attending school which led to education welfare team also being involved. The school made a referral to social services in December.
I have just had a phone call and my son has been placed on children in need list, without them knowing about hair strand test.
Throughout all of this I have had to take on everyone but the truth is emerging.

Still no date for final hearing, but I had asked for an extension to provide social services assessment outcome and of separate complaint to social services which was agreed by judge. I was given until 20th February but my complaint result will be after that. I will email the judge and explain this.

.. it’s a double edged sword, pleased that you have been proven honest and your concerns for your son are very real. Worrying because your child is and has been at risk all this time.

Hopefully you’ll get a date for the hearing soon, the judge may try and action it as quickly as possible, due to the test results... fingers crossed for you.

You’re doing really well and your determination I’m sure will pay off and you and your boy can move on from this towards happier times.

All the best
