Hi I really don't have any knowledge of Scottish family law - your lawyer will be the best person to speak to about this or you could contact Families Need Fathers Scotland who might be able to point you in the right direction.

In England, a court generally accepts witness statements from family members etc but this means they can be called upon to give evidence if required. I don't know if you would be able to do that with the contact centre staff - check with your lawyer. In England, the CC would generally provide contact reports which can be considered by the court.
