Her solicitor seemed to say all the right things but I and the Judge did shoot her down a couple of times, they made a meal of social services her health visitor and the Police having no concerns what so ever It was the same judge as last week and to be fair I do respect his decision he is going to write in the order that I should have contact as normal fri-mon as of next weekend, they ordered that I go and pick my girl up from my family and have her returned by 12 noon tomorrow he has set another date for the fedra hearing in a couple of months but said to both of us we should really work together for the sake of our girl of course I will obide by the ruling but it stinks I can't see my ex playing ball but we shall see.
Being the amazing father you are Slim, which is clearly obvious to anyone who reads your posts back from day one, you won't give up.
This does sound like a setback, I can only hope, as a minimum that the ex does play ball.
I really don't like fighting talk in this arena, it doesn't sit well but for want of a better phrase, wars are never won or lost on the strength of just one battle.
Chin up mate and remember one of the key ingredients you inadvertently focussed me on through your long running story - you are in the right and you are doing the right thing.
What an absolute joke.
Don't worry slim, keep your head held high. Your little one knows your are there and you will continue to do the best
*man hug*
