Well here we go again, after an emergency court order which was granted last week when I got custody of my daughter and a PSO attached we're in court tomorrow for the directions hearing and I am absolutely bricking it I was super confident until today :/
I'm hoping and praying that the court orders that my girl stays with me I can't imagine having to send her back to Mum I will almost certainly never see my girl again everything points towards they will let me keep her but as you may well know the court move in mysterious ways.
My plan of getting her in day care have gone tits up due to my work being absolute bell ends so it is impossible but my girls family member who is a mutual friend and on board has offered to look after her through the week and a close friend of mine has offered to help out so thats sorted.
The Police, social services and child services say I am being very pro active and that I am doing the right thing the police have done their check and welfare checks on me and say all is ok.
I've got the added stress of having to move shortly but I've spotted a place back within a couple of miles of where my girl lives so if they do let me keep her It keeps her close to her family so they can all see her including mum.
I'm going in tomorrow completely open to suggestions on how we can get mum to see her and so that she can see her sibling I will not try to block contact at all but I want my girl to reside with me until I see that the serious drug issues and neglect are hopefully addressed (can't see it mind)
Apparently mum is going to own up to anything and has said she wants to work with me to sort this out and she will do whatever it takes I hope she puts her hands up and gets help with the drink and drugs again I can't see that happening but I will always hope she will.
I still haven't done my position statement I havent had literally 2 secs spare and it all kicked off at work yesterday and I've been mega busy with jobs I'm going to crack on with it once I've posted this 🙂
It seems like it's a complete rerun of two years ago but the shoes on the other foot I'm prepared for both outcomes tomorrow but I'm thinking the judge will order for my girl to stay with me instruct cafcass to do there stuff and set another date in a couple of months time I'm thinking my ex won't ask for an interim contact order as she won't have a clue, could I ask for one for her supervised so she can see our girl and my girl can see her sister?
My girl has only asked about her mum once in 6 days it's all where's daddy so I don't think she's been really affected by things yet she's currently with a family member on holiday down south I can't wait to pick her up later in the week I sent her away to shelld her from the police and courts ect I miss her so much but she's having a wail of a time and it's great my family have been able to spend time with her as they have only met her a couple of times.
Any way please keep your fingers crossed for me 🙂

If she owns up it unlikely the court would allow anything but supervised contact, they can't take the chance if your girl is at risk, you know how cautious they are.
There's no reason why you can't ask for supervised contact in a CC and give your reasons as you have here...she does need to maintain her relationship with her sister and her mum....it's called putting the child's needs first which is what you do naturally.
I'll be thinking of your tomorrow, I was expecting to hear from you regarding the PS but no worries, just put something down on paper, a page or two will do. You can mention agreeing to interim contact in that.
Just a brief background, no need to go into your full history, just the background that's relevant to this case, then a paragraph about your concerns and then what you would like the court to do. You've been here before so it's not a journey into the unknown.
County court is different to Mags, they are more procedurally aware.. It is the first directions so it shouldn't be too full on, make sure you take notes about what is asked of you for the next hearing.

Thanks MOJO I'm sorry for not getting back to you about the PS I rolled into work to a right load of bollockings monday and yesterday so I've been fighting to keep my job they've totally done a U turn from last week when they said they would help me out and just piled a shed load of more stress on me the dicks, I've been feeling sick for the past two days and not really recovered from my holiday so my heads been up my [censored] and with trying to sort everything out I haven't had the mental capacity to do it once tomorrow is over and done with I'm going to take my own advice and start looking after myself, as before I am actually looking forward to the hearing itself I just love standing up there I learn so much each time on how to do it better next time.
