My final child arrangement hearing is listed for November and I need a good, direct access family law barrister. I am a litigant in person and have relied upon a barrister to represent me each hearing.
I have become put off with the one I have used leading up to the final hearing. She is cheap but that comes at a price. She constantly gets in a huff when I don't agree with her recommendation, shouts at me in court and at the last hearing invited her pupil to attend without even telling me. As you can imagine the hearing is an emotional time for me and I need someone who can think clearly and work in my best interest at this time, not someone who shouts and seems more tightly wound up than me.
Anyway, please message me if you know a good one.
London is going to cost you a large fortune for a good one - I used one about 12 years ago and cost me £2500 for a half day at the time (in addition to my solicitor, no direct access at the time)
