This would depend on if you have parental responsibility, if you do then she needs your concent just as you would need hers if you wanted to do the same.

YES, I DO HAVE PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY. ANYONE GOT ANY IDEA WHERE BEST TO SEEK LEGAL ADVICE.
Just to clarify, are you talking about a holiday or permanently? If it's a holiday (less than 30 days) and she has a residence order, then yes she can, otherwise the advice above stands.

VISITED MY LOCAL CAB AND I'VE BEEN TOLD TO SEE A LAWYER WHICH HAS NOW BEEN BOOKED FOR NEXT WEEK MONDAY,
SHE'S NOT PLANNING TO GO ON HOLIDAY, SHE WANTS TO DISAPPEAR EVEN THOUGH I KNOW HER PARENTS PLACE IN HUNGARY, THE QUESTION IS, IS SHE PLANNING TO GO THERE?
SHE'S HINDERED AT THE MOMENT BECAUSE I HAVE MY DAUGHTER'S PASSPORT WITH ME AND HAS MY NAME ON THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
I SENT A MAIL TO THE UKBA TODAY TO PREVENT HER FROM APPLYING FOR ANOTHER PASSPORT OR LEAVE THE COUNTRY WITHOUT MY CONSENT, BECAUSE SHE WAS EXTREMELY DESPERATE TO GET THE PASSPORT OFF ME TODAY.
