Whay action should I take if important house documents were forged. Will this come out in the divorce or shall I call police? What will come of it?

Hi, if your going through court proceedings then suggest you raise this with court and your lawyer.

Definitely raise this with your solicitor, but might also be worth having a word with the police, depending on the severity.

He sold our rental property and forged my signiture. It came up in court when we were there for occupation order. He admitted it with a lame excuse but just got a disgruntled response from judge and then we moved on to discuss next hearing. I'm left feeling numb and confused.
