An interesting report, the figures are frightening and confirm what a lot of us suspect is the case... that the Legal Aid awards for litigants that have suffered DV is wide open to abuse.
Very interesting. And not only are innocent fathers dealt with unjustly, but it diminishes the genuine cases also.
