Hi,

I have put a contact order in for shared residency of my 7 year old son and am due at court very soon.Just wanted some advice really on what to put in my Position Statement and also what will happen when I turn up ?I am self representing.
I had 12 out of 30 over night stays for last 4 years and in the last 3 months this has reduced to 8 overnight stays. All I want is to go back to what I have had and also shared residency so that my ex partner does next take presedence and tell me when i can and cant see him etc.

Thanks

Hi

Have you read yoji's guides at the top of the legal section? These will give you quite a lot of advice, but I'll ask the CCLC to give some advice.
