SO pleased for you mate and I know exactly how you feel, the build up to the final court appointment is awful, and when it's all over the come down is a nightmare, I remember mine when I left I walked out feeling so good, but absolutely hanging, ended up going home and sleeping all afternoon.

It wasn't the final hearing GTTS just the review hearing the next one is mid Nov but they've finally issued a contact order until then 🙂

I'm in bits completely destroyed massive thanks Simon I merged your help with NJ's and they were blew away with The Position statement and how I indexed my bundle and cross referenced everything I would of been screwed without this site 🙂

I am so happy that it went so well, but I won't push you for the gory details right now..However I expect a full run down when you've come down from cloud 9!

I know it's not the end of the road, but its progress and considering the god awful S7 you got, you have worked a miracle!

Don't worry a full rundown will be coming once I've pieced myself back together I honestly can't thank you enough for all your help the magistrates and Judge were awesome this time they mentioned 5-6 times at how impressed they were with my bundle and position even though they didn't need it as it was a review hearing I still managed to get them to leaf through it, I ripped the s7 to shreds and cross referenced my evidence to my folder and every time I said "my evidence is section 5 - 5:3 they hurried to that section it was great to see so my plan worked a treat 🙂

You can tell the d**k heads just like having something to refer to it was ace, so pleased cafcass are no longer involved I was expecting the court cafcass bi**h to be there and was over the moon when she wasn't 🙂

They gave me position statements back along with the 4 folders and told me how to improve them and let me off with bringing them in when they we not needed so I played on playing dumb as I was self repping 🙂

So pleased I did take them in though so that puts me in good stead for the final hearing.

Yup made my day I knew cafcass were no longer involved but I thought the [censored] would be there still I'm over the moon they're out the picture, utter scum the lot of them, the Judge magistrates ect were brilliant they are getting wise to my ex's lies too 🙂
