Hi Guys,

I've been a little quiet on the forum for the past week, 2 reasons one having been busier than normal at work (though I'm still logged in and checking not had as much time to post) and the other as I was getting geared up for another mediation session with my ex.

Well the latter happened on Friday and at last I have an agreement in place for decent contact with my son, I have been battling for getting on for 3 years now to gain non-restrictive contact, as I was being asked to supply detail of what we would be doing and where we would be going during my time with my son, (I won't bore people with full detail it's in my past post if you want to read πŸ˜‰ )

I now have an agreement in place for every other weekend, from Friday night through until Sunday evening, We will share key dates like Christmas Easter and Birthdays ect and I also have a week this year where he is coming on holiday with me.

I was supposed to go back to court for a further interim visit on Monday 20th but have cancelled this for now to see how this work, short term and to iron out and gain full agreement on a few other items, I will then inform the court of what needs to be written into the order.

I'm hopping this will be a big move forward and I won't have any further issues (I won't hold my breath though πŸ˜‰ )

Darren
