Yoda you are right a C2 at this stage would serve no purpose. It’s had to run its course albeit at the Courts pace. Thanks again for all your support. It really has been appreciated. I will keep you updated.
Justdad thanks for the tip, we will put a plan in place for contact with the mother and take to Court. We are busy talking with our local school too to register for a place and plan to take confirmation with us too.
