Hi. Today I got court order from a hearing I had months ago. With it was a C120 witness statement form. Given that position statements have been submitted to the court and exchanged, what is this form for? Do I need to complete it?
Hi there
Does it mention in the order that they want further statements?
You could call the court and ask, or if there’s no specific instructions concerning the C120 in the order you received, you could complete it and take it with you to the next hearing.

I have done the position statement the judge asked for and submitted it in May.
There was a delay in the order. Some 3 months
