I have a fact finding hearing next week and I expect that it is likely there to be a final hearing following
1. Roughly how long is it from a fact finding to a final hearing?
2.What can I do no to prepare for it to be a little more organised, is there anything I could prepare before hand?
I know this may depend on the fact finding hearing, but either way facts found etc it would be helpful for some advice

After his fact finding in early November he got another directions hearing (that was today) and the next hearing is April.. This may be because a lot of findings were made about his ex and now psychologists need to get involved. I don’t think a final hearing necessarily folllws a fact finding though.

I take it that he made accusations against his ex also?
I hope that it doesn’t go on and on, I’ve had enough of it. I’ve had ten hearings so far, that’s in one year it’s ridiculous- I totally understand why some fathers walk away and I would never judge anyone having been through this.
I guess what happens next will depend on if facts are found or not
