Hi
I am almost there with going though the courts to see my children and I am approaching my final hearing
This question might of been put up before, apologises if it has
I have evidence of what my soon to be ex wife has lied to the courts, CAFCASS etc about me and my relationship with my two girls. Do I have to submit this evidence to my ex partners solicitor before the court or am I able to "surprise" her on the day
Thanks in advance
no mate... you have to file copies of every thing with court and give her sol a copy by a given date otherwise judge will not look at it..... i think?
Thant's my understanding..... I've got a date to submit my statement and any evidence..... and its fast running out.
good luck
