Filing a statement late

My ex partner was told to get her position statement in to me and my solicitor by June 15th. She still has not done so, even though the judge has told her to have it in by that time. What are the repercussions of not getting statements in to the Court on time?

In my experience, none. My ex always left hers to the last minute, sometimes the first I saw of it was when it was handed to me during court. If she doesn't have legal representation she can play dumb and the judge makes allowances.
