[Solved] File for Divorce, what form?

Hi All,

I would like to file for a divorce, my current wife went for separation as it was less than a year, but I want to divorce and want to make it quick as I plan to remarry shortly. Does anyone know:
1) What form I need to send or serve on my current wife?
2) Do I need to consider the separation application or does the divorce application over ride this?
3) Is there anything I need to consider?

I would rather my solicitor not keep on charging me for basic work like this, so any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi There,
.
There are online services that can handle divorces for you, you can fill in the forms and get them submitted, as far as I am aware for a little extra some will also offer legal advice via email.

I've used one of these services and can highly recommend them. PM me if you want their details.
