Hi,
Have tried the search but haven't come across a post that can help with this one. I am self representing myself in court etc. I have submitted my C100 and that has been returned with a Cafcas call and FHDRA in early November. Ahead of that FHDRA session I need to submit the following documents.
1 - A concise statement of the issues
2 - A chronology
3 - A position statement
4 - A draft order
Are there any online resources/example docs/templates that I can use and seek guidance on what format and content I need to follow? I guess I'm looking for examples of what good looks like that I can tailor to my own journey.
Scroll down this document for examples of position statements for use in family court proceedings.

Because you are a litigant in person, you don't have to draft an order. It will be done by the other party's solicitor or the judge.
For your position statement I would include the following:
-When the relationship started, when it ended.
-Childcare arrangement during relationship.
-Childcare arrangement after separation.
-Your current living arrangement, work rota and ability to spend time with the child(ren).
-What you are seeking and why it's in the best interest of the children e.g. why should they spend time with you.
-Welfare and harm related issues. Where possible, support these with an Exhibit section that is signed and includes a sworn statement.
Be brief and use bullet points.
Excellent, thank you. I assume that the 1 - A concise statement of the issues and 2 - A chronology, doesn’t have to follow any formal drafting through a template?? Rather it can be a free form word doc with the 2 separate headed sections as it forms a scene set for the court.
Also try the advicenow.org.uk website which has a number of guides including advice on child contact and self representing
