It is now nearly two months since I went to court and was granted supervised contact with my daughter but I still haven't been given a date. I've tried contacting them but they never return my call. It's my daughters 10th birthday at the end of next month and its not looking very likely that I will see her. Is it common for it to take this long?

Have you tried contacting your ex's solicitor to find out where the supervised contact is to be held. If you knew that you could liase with them perhaps.

My ex doesn't have a solicitor and I have rung the phone number for the contact centre which is listed on their website. They have centres all over the uk. I think as I am not getting my phonecalls returned by the centre ill ask my solicitor to
See what is going on.

I know when i had to use a contact centre last year it took 4-5wks for them to find a space for us, i'm told that some centres can have waiting lists in excess of 6wks.
i kept contacting them and eventually got through to someone who seemed to help...........i actually think they got fed up of me phoning them every day lol

keep at them and yes get your solicitor to gee them up too
